On behalf of the Engage.EU alliance, we are pleased to invite ENGAGE.EU partners to the 3rd Annual Conference at Luiss University from Wednesday, 25 October to Friday, 27 October 2023.
The event will give the opportunity to the Alliance to review the major achievements and milestones of the project, as well as to discuss the further perspectives for a long-term cooperation able to empower European citizens to frame and solve future challenges. Indeed, the Alliance is heading to the pivotal moment: the conclusion of the first funding phase (2020 –2023) and the beginning of the second one (2023 – 2027).
To join the conference, please fill this form
Selected members of the ENGAGE.EU community are invited to join the meeting in person.
In addition, EU Alliance students, faculty and staff members, along with ENGAGE.EU Alumni, and all stakeholders are invited to participate online in the opening sessions of the Conference, which will be streamed on 26 October starting at 9:00 am. (Please consult the Agenda below)
As far as the participation in presence is concerned, we foresee a delegation of 15 people per university. The capacity has been set to ensure the sustainability and smoothness of the working sessions and the whole event. Please, consider that the host university may have more than 15 participants for internal organisational reasons, as occurred in other ENGAGE.EU meetings.

The actual work will start on 26 October and will take place at the Viale Romania Campus.
The day will be devoted to the project’s major outputs and achievements, while also giving appropriate space to the future of the Alliance.
The morning will be devoted to plenary sessions addressed to all stakeholders of the project, while the afternoon will be animated by parallel working sessions about to the next phase of ENGAGE.EU.
Finally, on the morning of 27 October, after a plenary on the challenges and opportunities behind stronger engagement of the Alliance with the local ecosystem, the working sessions will bring ENGAGE.EU team to reflect upon the topics of Dissemination and Societal Outreach.

To book a Taxi, call 06.3570. It is uncommon to hail a taxi in the street. Instead, you generally need to wait at a designated taxi rank or book it in advance. Taxi Apps are also available, such as Free Now, it Taxi, Wetaxi (and many others). These can sometimes be quicker and easier to use than the phone lines.
It is strongly recommended to specify if you want to pay by credit card, either while reserving the pick-up service or while getting into a taxi.
Please ensure you use a licensed taxi. These are painted white, have “taxi” lights on the roof, and have Comune di Roma decals (with the taxi’s license number) on the doors.
