The student interested in attending Summer Schools must arrange to register on the Luiss website in advance, entering a few simple personal data. Later on, it will be possible to fill in the registration forum to Summer School 2024.
During the compilation of the registration forum, it is necessary to indicate the week, the typology and the chosen option. There is no deadline for the enrollment but, once the maximum number of participants per week has been reached, registration will be closed. During the enrollment, only available weeks will be selectable. It is fundamental the registration is made with the name of the student who wants to enroll (and not with parents’ name).
Payment of the participation fee within 7 days from the compilation of the forum. After this period, the seat booked and not paid yet is no longer guaranteed and can be assigned to another participant.
Any request for withdrawal must be received in writing. For requests received at least 15 days before the beginning of the booked week, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. In case of lesser notices, no refund will be given.
A request to move from the week originally booked to another week, or to switch (for Orientation 4 only) from a course in Italian to one in English or vice versa, may be made free of charge, when the request to move is received in writing at least 30 days before the beginning of the week booked, and provided that there are still places available in the week in which the request is to be taken over.
Even when the above two conditions are met, if the week in which you intend to take over provides for a higher fee, you must provide a supplement to the fee.
If the week in which you intend to take over provides for a lower fee, there is still no refund of the excess amount paid.
Requests to take over received less than 30 days before the start of the week booked may be granted, subject to payment of 300 euros as an administrative fee, and if there are still places available in the week in which you intend to take over.
Even when the above two conditions are met, if the week in which you intend to take over provides for a higher fee, you are also required to supplement the fee.
If the week in which one intends to take over provides for a lower fee, there is still no refund of the amount paid in excess.
Notwithstanding the applicability of the above, a request to shift from the non-residential to the residential formula is subject to payment of the residential formula supplement. In the case of shifting from the residential formula to the non-residential formula, there is still no refund of the amount paid in excess.
